Kitchen Storage Shelf
Built of iron, oak, and steel, this shelving unit is built to last. Each shelf is made from red oak and features a steel protective covering that is riveted to the wood using copper rivets.
The wood is coated with three coats of a top coat in order to protect the wood and all of the steel is coated with a mineral oil and beeswax finish in order to protect the steel from rusting and to brighten the appearance of the steel.
We make these for custom special order only. As such, we do not keep any on hand inventory. We built them one at a time, as ordered. Contact us to request your shelf today!

Description
The dividers are hand forged and then riveted to base plate with copper rivets. The base plate is then riveted to the wooden shelf.
The steel piece in the center of each shelf is there to protect the wood from heavy items, such as cast iron cookware, and also because I think it looks cool.
Brass screws are used to secure the pipe flanges to the shelves. Everything about this is heavy duty and meant to last a life time.
