Buy American.
Whenever I look to buy a new thing, I always look for where the thing is made. There is usually an American made version of whatever I am looking for and I will choose the American made version whenever I can afford too, so long as quality isn’t compromised.
I realize that not everything can be made here in the US, but a good many of the products that we buy are made here and though they may be somewhat more expensive, they are usually of a higher quality than cheaper imports and the price is offset by the fact that I don’t have to buy them near as often.
I buy on quality and American-made is usually of the highest quality.
